I dont know frust...no words to explain how freaked out i am...the more i read on the internet, the more reason i have to be freaked out...my conclusion now is: if my husband gets his visa, it will be a miracle...coz from all what i've researched in the past few days about traffic offences, uk laws, and cic's misrepresentation assessment....it looks like it is easier for the officer to refuse us than to believe this long story we are going to tell them
atleast if i had declared he had charges or conviction in the application form, then we would have a chance...we'll just have to get a letter from his local police that they took no action regarding it...but i didnt declare he had criminal offences because
1. the police never contacted him regarding the incident after that
2. no letter about charging or accusing or convicting or about a fine even
3. he got his uk licence 10 days after the incident, even then we dint hear of a fine even
4. when we saw it in the police certificate, we thought it must be some database error in the police station, that they forgot to update that they left the case, and we thought if the embassy wanted they could always contact the uk police and ask questions about it, coz we DID submit the police certificate...we were not trying to hide it :'(
should i have still put he had a charge, just coz his police certificate said minor traffice offence, pending prosecution?
