How long after for visa and PPR?
You shouldn't be worried about the interview. It helps you to prove your case further.
Bring all the documents they asked for to show that your relationship with your spouse is legit.
I see in your interview letter it stated that you should bring -all/any documents/information in support of your marriage. (ie. Wedding Album, Photographs of you and your sponsor taken before and after marriage(if any), letters, greeting cards, telephone bills, money transfer receipts etc - bring everything you can think of.
On this forum there are many examples of how to prepare for your interview and what to bring to prove your relationship, here is a link to a thread that can help you: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/spousal-sponsorship-interview-questionaires-experience-preparations-t220698.0.html
To answer your question, how long after...; as many have suggested, it helps if you tell us the timeline of your case. If your medical and police clearance hasn't expired, they will call for PPR within a week or two. If they have expired you will get a request to re do them prior to getting your PPR. After PPR, you normally get your passport back with the visa within 2-10 days.
Hope this helps.
