Processing time for spousal visa - Sri Lanka

I am going to go this weekend. How much did they charge? I guess i can use company benifits pro to pay for it.
Then why dont you move to Brampton? There are lot of south asians in Brampton. Alot of sinhales live there too.

Oh I moved here in 2000.. Have been living on and off in Toronto and I left Colombo so that I can live without any of those headaches!!

I got a good news ( Not for Me ) , my Brother in Law wife also Sponsored by her husband , same time line as me, on last Tuesday they Updated her Ecas System as In Process from Application Received. but Still my one show Application Received , hope my Ecas also will change as In Process. I will let you u knw as soon as i got any news.

I hope you will get good news next week or so.
It looks like it took them 8.5 months to change the status. I think ur in-low will get visa next month. Hope we will get good news next month too.

I have small party tonight. So going for it. Othere than that...usual job...talk on the phone for 4 hrs with my girl...thats all.. It looks like you talk alot (with amma) on the phone/skype...that nice...i love talking on the phone too.
When are you comming to brampton for your work? I live in brampton.... so I may see you on the street from next month without knowing who you are.

Hey Mell you mentioned in you'r previous mail, that they started looking at Gayan's files a few weeks back, can you tell me please if he get PPR and VISA in 19 th of May, when they started to looking at or change the status as in Process. coz my sister in law got in Process on last week, and they mentioned they start Processing her file on 18 of May.

Dhana ecas never changed for gayan. I know they started working on his file a few weeks ago because that's when they contacted him asking for more info. Not sure what's going on with ur sis-in-laws file, but in most casese from colombo, ecas never changed. They actually don't update it at all$

t7 and mell - oMg i grew up in parkdale too!! but then i moved when i was 10 , but i havnt chnged my doctor. her office is in roncesvalles


by the way guys i hve question. i checked my ecas yesterday and it stated that they have processed the PR application on may 19th, 2011. so does that mean they will issue the visa soon?
