I am a Canadian citizen by birth who has been living in Sri Lanka. Recently I went to Canada for a work assignment for 06 months. While I was there my wife (a Sri Lankan) applied and got Temporary Residence Visa (valid for 10 years); and she visited me for a short period and came back to Sri Lanka.
Now I have got a job offer from a Canadian company and am planning on moving there. I am looking at the possibility of sponsoring my wife and am undecided whether to go with Inland or Outland PR.
It would be a great help if anyone could share their experiences and insights regarding either of these options and the timelines.

Thank you very much for the response Gango From what I've read she wont be able to work in Canada with a Temp resident Visa. She can work only after we get Stage 1 approval (AIP) in Inland PR Process which could take typically between 4 - 11 months.
Also, can any one please let me know if they had their interview waived, as part of Outland PR process here in Sri Lanka? I'm wondering whether we can do Outland PR while my wife stays with me in Canada (so that we are not separated during the process).
