Processing time for spousal visa - Sri Lanka

Hello,

After file was sent to colombo in January
They have made there decision and have asked for the passport and 2 photos to be brought to the VFS office in Colombo

Does this mean my wife will get her visa tomorrow? Office is closed today.

They did not ask for interview either

hand them over there & they will let you know once they stamp visa on it.... within 1 week you can get your passport with the visa .....

She gave her passport in yesterday to the Colombo VFS office and got it today

I got AOR and Sponsorship Approval. The file is transfered to Colombo now. How long will it take from here? I am sponsoring my husband. I know it is easier to sponsor wife.

You are lucky - your process is very quick. Can you tell me was your marriage arranged or love? What was your income and is wife educated and does she know english?

Congrats!!!! Please let us know when you submitted your application to CIC and when your file was transferred to Colombo.
