i am new to this forum and im from Srilanka my status has changed "in process" to "decision made" on jan 10 but still now i haven't receive any email or mail.. does anyone has the same thing happen? and i emailed cic colombo office two times but no reply till now.... so im confused and i dont know how long i have to wait...!! by the way below is my E-cas status.....

We started processing your application on September 5, 2013.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Contact the embassy. It seems like they have already contacted you to issue the landed visa. Did you receive any emails/letters or calls from the embassy?

I applied to sponsor my wife few months back. Now i went online and checked and i saw this.

We received applicant's application for permanent residence on August 13, 2013.

We started processing applicant's application on December 16, 2013.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on applicant's application. The office will contact applicant concerning this decision.

After, i e-mailed Canadian embassy in SL and asked why i didn't get any letter or mail yet. They replied back with this.

Dear Mr.....,

We have sent a letter to your wife as well as to you on the 06 January 2014 to the mailing address in Canada.

What does this means? Now it is mid February and i didn't get any letter. What this main suppose to mean? They telling me that they send letters to both me and my wife to my address. What it could be?

S i contactd twice by email but u didnt get response stilknow..... I dont know what to do? And how long i need to wait??? Any help frds?

I have no passport request or received any calls Jancy. My status didn't change. It only says DM. I did not mail VO office. I don't even know what is happening to my file. I am sitting here confused. ??? ??? ??? ???
