Hello dear friends, once again I need your help

I read this information and need to know if I will take a good decision or not

"Currently, the CIC office in Mississauga is taking approximately 40 days to process the sponsorship portion of these applications. Visa posts are taking anywhere from three to 17 months to process the immigration portion. The international average for processing the immigration portion is four to eight months"

I know that this process is divided into two parts, my question is.

If we do well in the first stage, which is delayed more or less 40 days, I am apt to go to Canada, even more can I go to work, or I'll have to wait for the second stage which takes between 3 to 12 months, and recently there I can choose to enter the country.

it could be a very obvious question but I doubt this process

thanks for your help, thank you

regards.

You will only be eligible to move to Canada permanently and to work after the second stage of processing has been completed and your file has been approved.

The OP has previously posted that they are a dual citizen (Canada-Chile) living abroad. If that's the case, then you (the Canadian) can go to Canada and work. If its for your husband, he cannot.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP.
YEAP THAT'S MY CASE, I'M CANADIAN AND CHILEAN, AND MY HUSBAND IS CHILEAN, we want to go and live in Canada.

Then the best solution is to wait, or perhaps when the first stage is ready to leave and I can only able to work, while my husband waiting for his answer?
is that a good alternative?

thanks again.
