My sponsorship has been approved,my mother is Principal Applicant, if they don't want to divorce and my dad doesn't want to go through the medical exam, how can we do in order to get my mom to Canada to continued the application? thx

Either they divorce or he completes the medical. There is no other way. If they remain married and he still refuses to complete the medical, the app will be refused.

They can't have him sign an affidavit that he can never be sponsored like they sometimes allow with kids?

It would be easier to convince him to get the medical. Why doesn't he want to do it? It is not a really thorough, invasive medical, which I wouldn't want to have to do just for immigration either. It is just a quick exam, blood tests, and a chest x-ray. Although, if he does have medical problems, the doctor will have to investigate that more thoroughly.

Either the dad has a medical condition that would cause both parents to be refused, or the OP is hoping to only sponsor one parent so she would have a lower LICO + 30% threshold. For the latter however, it's not possible as you have to sponsor and meet LICO for both parents even if one doesn't wish to come to Canada.
