You need to fill a formal pdf stating your intention to reside in PEI, they will get back to you after that.

Does anyone know how much time does Prince Edward PNP take to respond to applications? I submitted the Pdf 2 weeks ago but no response yet.

Do they really reply? I sent them the filled-in pdf about 4/5 months ago...no response till now, even no acknowledgement of the email.

I did receive their acknoledgement that they have received my application and would consider if applicable. Someone known to me received offer in 1 week after applying. He was a teacher though.

PEI is very picky when it comes to everything...I had some experience with them in 2011.

after you passed the pdf, how many days before you receive their acknowledgement email?

Hi, You can send EOI to PEI.. it is open...
there are no specific NOCs mentioned on PEI website to send EOI form,

however, PEI will contact only those candidates with NOC of their interest..
till now few applicants with IT NOCs have got invite from PEI..
