Kappala, no need to worry.. I have read somewhere on the forum that you can give PO Box address in case you have no permanent address in your Province. I suggest you to put this query in open forum so that other seniors can comment. Good luck and happy journey. :)

Hi skaler, we can't comment on whether your NOC can be selected by PEI or not.. there is no specific list or mention of demand NOCs on PEI website.. you need to send one page EOI pdf to PEI immigration by email and wait to see if your NOC is of interest to them or not.

That's very much clear now.. but I have not earned much during this self-employment period.. as per previous posts from few other members in this thread.. they mentioned about client agreements and bills/invoices, I will be able to produce only few bills and client agreements.. so will it be okay?

Hi, I have left my job in May-2014 and worked as a freelancer for few months then started own business. But could not do well in these 18 months. So, very few bills from clients. In this case, Can I show 2 years as unemployed? Will it make any adverse impact on my CIC PR application?

There is no mention of preferred set of NOC's or profiles on the website of PEI immigration. You just need to send single page EOI pdf form to them and based on their interest, they may or may not contact you for formal PNP application.

PEI PNP is not CRS-based. You just need to send EOI pdf form to them by email. If your profile/NOC is of their interest, they will invite you to apply with a formal application.
