Prepaid envelope from US to Canada - question

Hi,

I have been asked to send a copy of my passport and a prepaid envelope to the CIC office in Ottawa. Were did you guys go and get prepaid envelopes for international mailing? All help is appreciated.

You can use any courier that serves both sides of the border - UPS or FedEx both work

We used FedEx.
Sign up for a Shipping account, then you can create your own shipping labels (including return) either from home or at the kiosk at the FedEx store. With a shipping account, you can use the method of payment "On Account" which means you don't need any intervention for shipping costs or any unforeseen fees at any point from A to B back to A.

We used UPS, looks like UPS doesnt need to sign up for an account to track the returned envelope. I am still waiting for the return tracker to activate

I am also at same stage. I need to generate online self addressed label but i dont what information to put. I went to Fedex and created one time shipment label. Now i am stuck for below information.

Which FROM address you used, the one mentioned in PPR mail? I understand TO address is ours.

Then I am not sure which delivery method to choose, drop off, schedule pickup etc. Also Ship date is only coming for 2 days, i was told by Fedex that ship date will be changed later and continue.

It will be really helpful if you guys can guide me for this information.
