If you do not have any illness, then no precaution is required, If you have diabetes than its better to go in morning without eating any thing and after drinking good amount of water,

No precaution is necessary.They take your height and weight,then your BP.They take blood sample to test against HIV and Hepatitis.You will have a chest X-ray at the same location or they send you to a different location.They take urine sample to test blood sugar levels.

If you are clear in all these,you need not worry.

Is they disclose report to the candidate on the spot .
Normally they do not, but you can ask. They'll usually only call you back for further examination if you have something.
It's at the doctor's discretion to give you your results if nothing is found.
