The status on MyCIC account still "DECISION MADE" since Jan 16, 2019. I am still Under the 4 weeks framework/If your application is approved, you will be notified by mail within four weeks….
In your views what it means "DECISION MADE" ?

So just heard can post issued a no work in most of Canada... because of the severe weather.

Anyone received theirs in the last couple days that live in BC? Vancouver and surrounding areas?

My card was sent thru mail on Feb 6th. Just wondering how long it takes from wherever they come from to us in BC.

I am in BC as well, on the phone they told me the card was remailed on Feb 4, still has not arrived
(we have a long story behind - they initially mailed to the address without the unit #...)

Please post an update when you receive yours in the mail!
With the "snowmaggedon" today I think they will not deliver mail today for us...Anxious to get it (my dad's card) as it has been such an ordeal...

Hey, what was your story? I think I am in the same boat as you. Last time i called CIC, they said that they sent my PR card on 29Jan to my old address even though I had updated the new address with them. The people at my old address said they have returned all my mails back through canada post - they cannot confirm if they saw a CIC mail. I called CIC today and the agent said that the pr card was sent to my correct address. He asked me to wait until 6 weeks is passed. I am so confused - I don't know where the pr card mail is! Any suggestions on what should I do?

Hey guys,

Mailed my docs and they were delivered on the 9th of Jan 2019 (confirmed though UPS) but yet to receive anything at all from CIC.

Getting nervous as I travel a lot for work - so wondering if anyone else had generally the same timeline as me. Im seeing people getting approvals when they have sent their docs in later than me so wondering if mine has got lost?

My PR RENEWAL APPLICATION was received by the CIC on January 31st, 2019. What are the next steps? How long before I will be able to see an update on the "APPLICATION STATUS" section of the CIC?

PR card renewal application delivered to the CPC Sidney on January 16.
AOR received via email on February 7.

Status in ECAS is Decision made, and the last line is :
We started processing your application on February 7, 2019

And the PR card was mailed on February 11.

Altogether the complete PR card renewal process took less than four weeks.

unable to check the status on ecas.

Ours still has not arrived as of yesterday (there was a couple of bills in the mail so it looks like there was mail delivery despite the snow, but no card - worrisome...)

It means, they have reviewed your application and have a decision made.
It could be Approve or Reject.
And if approved, it could be; Mailing your Card or Requesting you to come and collect the card from the IRCC office.

It's not just the local climate which impacts. It has to travel from NS to BC.

It will take a day for you to see your application in ecas, after receiving the AOR.
But you can check in MyCIC, within a couple of hours.

It depends upon your application nature.
It could be anytime between 1 day to many weeks.
