However the gckey still shows the same update, as Final decision under process, will it change later or was it supposed to be changed long back?

Well, I opted for the one way shipping, so I will directly be getting couriered to my address. Whereas for the VFS it might be a 1 or 2 day delay, still you can contact them to inquire about the status.
