Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
My wife and I have a few questions we are hoping to get an answer for?

1. The first question is about our photos to prove our relationship. We have provided examples of photos from all of our trips together in Thailand, with the dates, and I was wondering if I need to sign each page and provide the IMM number?

2. The second question is about our email/SMS history. Do you think they want to see all, or just specific ones from the time we met until now? Once again with these, do I need to sign and provide the IMM number on these examples as well?

3. Thirdly, we are a little confused regarding my wife's son who is NOT travelling with her to Canada. Do we still need to claim him as an additional dependant for informational purposes? And because she doesn't live with him, and he is nowhere near her home, is it neccesary to have his medical completed?

Thanks in advance for any information!!

1. No, you don't need to sign and provide an IMM number for each page.

2. Don't send them all. Select some from each month that best highlight your relationship. No need to sign or write an IMM number.

3. If he qualifies as a dependent, then he needs to be included as non-accompanying and will need to undergo a medical.

Dependents:

A child who depends on their parent for financial and other support. A son or daughter is considered a dependant of their parent when the child is:

- under 22 years old, and does not have a spouse or partner, or
- a full-time student on an ongoing basis since before the age of 22, and has depended largely on a parent’s financial support since that time, or
- 22 years old and over, and
- became a spouse or partner before the age of 22, and
- has been a full-time student on an ongoing basis since before the age of 22, and
- has depended largely on a parent’s financial support since they became a spouse or partner, or
- 22 years old and over, and has depended largely on the parent’s financial support since before the age of 22 because of a physical or mental condition.

Agreed....

Also if he is not medically examined and included in the application she may never sponsor him in the future if she decides to
Have the medical done and include him in the application

Good luck
