How are you able to call IRCC general phone number? They never put me on the queue to speak to an agent no matter when I call. We need to create awareness that this is an issue.

Good afternoon,

I received my PR portal credentials to confirm that I am in Canada to get my PR card on Friday June 24th.
But the problem is there is some technical issues with website and it only showing blank white page with green ticks only. I have tried contacting them with webforms and email but no response.

They only give 7 days to confirm requesting information and already 4 days have been passed.

I have attached screenshot of the screen for reference.
I would like to request you to contact IRCC on my behalf and ask them for some solution for this.
