really need your help. I have a situation where Wife PR is in processing under PR Pathway for colombian and haitian. Husband haitian was in US on study permit and was not able to enroll in his school he got defferal and that ended. He is coming to Canada to apply for asaylum. Wife mentioned he is accompanying her on her application. If he applied for refugee in Canada how does that impact her/family application and he is not the main applicant on PR Pathway application? Any suggestion on what they can do in this case?? Husband will be out of status in US. Wife is still abroad as the application submitted not long ago. appreciate your help
