If I as a PR am marrying another Canadian PR, do each of us have to let CIC know and follow any steps?

Second scenario, what if the person I am marrying has her PR process ongoing while the marriage happens?

If both are already PR, you do not need to do anything.
If one's PR application is on-going, they should update applicable forms to change their marital status. And family information.
It shouldn't affect the application, since the other spouse is already PR.

What document of separation is required for EE pr visa.... ? I am not divorced but i am separated from my husband and i have a kid. Kid lives with me. So what documents of separation are required if i get ITA ? In india do we have document for legal separation

I have landed and got my first pr cart 2013 and didn’t meet R/O,so it has been expired 2018.i just came back canada with PRTD type R-1.
I applied for PR cart in portal and immediately an email sent to me in which it was confirmed “the process has been initiated”.should i take an action or just wait for another email?

If your PRTD is R-1 then you should only be applying for a new PR card once you have lived in Canada for two straight years and meet RO. Are you sure your PRTD says R-1?

What’s gonna happen in worst scenario? Is it possible that IRCC take my permanent status or ask me to leave canada?
