Hey guys, I have a question regarding my situation:

21 Nov 2024 -P1
28 Nov 2024 -P2

*I was going to travel abroad in December, so I replied to P1 on Nov 28 and submitted a web form asking to pause my process.

23 Dec 2024 - Application officially paused (received information letter on GC Key telling that my process was officially paused and asking to let them know when I come back)
11 Jan 2025 - Came back to Canada and submitted my return document to IRCC on GC Key
11 Jan 2025 - Since I already had access to the Portal (given on Nov 28), I submitted my photo, address and declared I was in Canada
17 Jan 2025 - Received another P1 (replied the same day with the updated information)

Nothing else after that

Question: Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Do you think I will receive another P2 or it will go straight to the eCoPR?

I believe I won't receive another P2, since I already received portal information on Nov 28 and I did portal 2 tasks on Jan 11. I did some research and I couldn't find any info on this scenario, but I tend to believe the next thing will be the EcoPr

Thanks

It's normal. Sometimes people receive P1 on the same day as the final decision. It can also take longer. If you are concerned about it, you can contact IRCC and speak with an agent.

Congratulations!
Did you call IRCC? as I have almost similar dates, still waiting.
I did not call. Tried that during my work permit time and honestly it does not work. If anyone says it works, that's merely a coincidence. If its similar timelines, then your would be on the way. Keep your fingers crossed.

Just received my E-COPR. CEC Inland. Principal Applicant + 2 dependents. My timeline below:

Jan 7th: Final Decision
Jan 8th: P1
Jan 9th: P2
March 21st: Received E-COPR

Thank you so much to everyone contributing to this tracker. This forum has been so helpful.
Congratulations

I got P1 on March 10, 2025 and submitted on same day.

But, I haven't got P2 yet.
Is it normal ?

I did not travel, but I also sent a message to the P1 email address after P2. I never got a new P2 mail, nor did I get a reply.

But they did take action, since my country of birth (which was wrong in the Application Tracker) is correct on my eCOPR, which I got yesterday.

In short: I think you are right, the next thing for you is eCOPR.

I had a very similar situation. You can see my full timeline in this post: https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...rmation-portal-timelines.734183/post-11032967

After I sent my updated P1 questionnaire once I was back in Canada, I did not receive any response, acknowledgment, a second P2 or any update on the tracker. It was straight to eCoPR with no updates or any actions from my side in between.

My trip did not seem to delay my process, either, because I received the eCoPR during this same week that most people who got their P1 and P2 in early January are also getting theirs. So based on this, I think it's very likely that you'll get your eCoPR in the coming days! Good luck!
