When you called IRCC, did you specifically ask them for the date of your AOR? If that is all you need I don't see why they can't give it to you, Also, did you not get an email when you got your AOR? How about your GCKey account? Or eCAS?Can anybody advise me? I can't find my AOR date because I can't access the Application Status Tracker.
I am a Spousal Sponsorship PR Application and received P2 on Dec 3rd and I'm losing my mind.
No ECOPR and I can not access the Application Status Tracker as it says the below error.
I have contacted them on the phone and via webform to try to get this fixed but it's been months.
Correct these errors:
- Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

People who answer your questions over the phone are not the same who process the files, they cannot "move" you anywhere, they can only see the current status of your application in details.What if everyrime you contacted IRCC, the staff on your file grunts and decides to punish you for taking them away from their work? Thereby putting your file at the bottom. Maybe don't call them if your processing time is within the reasonable timeframe. And maye call/email them once a month after that. Food for thought.
