Is there anyone whose eCOPR on 10th Jan and didn't receive the cards yet? GC key is showing that cards are mailed on 16th Jan.

eCoPR on 13th Jan and card mailed out on 17th Jan; still waiting for PR card.

I got my ecopr on 10 jan but i have a representative so i cannot track my card . I registered with canada post app. So want to know will it come under general mail.
