PR Card Renewal Processing as of Jul-14 is 132 Days

New card. My photos reached on July 6 and got my card July 20.

Wow. That certainly beats all timelines I have followed.....ever.....

The processing time really depends on what office is handling your file. I just received my PR card and it only took 2 weeks.

May I ask why your renewal card took 3 years?

He entered at the US border with an exired PR card not meeting RO. H&C was that he was removed as a minor. Instead of waiting for 2 years to meet RO and apply for a PR card he applied having not met RO and is goimg through the whole H&C process again.
