PR Card renewal - PR card not recieved yet

Hi,
this inquiry is for friend:
my friend applied for PR card renewal. In the quick method "using inspect", he can see status showing "complete" since April4th, 2024. But, he has not recieved his PR card yet. Is someone in same situation? What advise would you give? Should one wait or write to CIC?

Any pointers appreciated.

It is end of month now and almost 60 days since application submitted.. is it normal? should continue to wait or initiate a web form for inquiry?
