Hope all is going well. I am starting this thread on behalf of my friend , who is a Canadian PR , already completed more then 2 years inside Canada to keep his PR status valid.
currently he is out of Canada , and his PR card expiry date is near.
My question is - Can he submit his PR card renewal application from outside Canada? as I am not sure but as per my knowledge, applicant should be inside Canada to apply for PR card renewal. thanks in advance.
