PR Card Renewal AOR not sent

Hi there,
I applied for my PR card renewal in May 2018. Per Canada Post tracker, the application was delivered on 5/17/18. I have not received any e-mails since then. Two weeks ago I checked ecas status since I have my citizenship application in process. There is a new section now for PR card renewal. It says the application received on 5/17. No mention of AOR. It's been like that for past two weeks. The overall time since the application was received is more than 100 days. On the web-site, the processing time shows as 97 days now. Is there any reason to start worrying or it's normal?

That new line about "PR application received" is your AOR, they email they sent might have gone to junk / spam email folder

I checked all possible places for AOR including junk and spam folders. In ECAS status, there is no indication that AOR was sent. I ended up calling them and they told that the decision was made and they requested a new PR card to be issued and mailed to me. The status in ECS was not changed till the very end when the decision was made. No record for AOR.
