Hi all,
Just wanted to share my timelines in case they might help anyone
PR Renewal application, city of residence: Waterloo, ON:

  1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on June 03,2021
  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 28,2021
  3. We started processing your application on September 28, 2021.(Decision Made the same day)
  4. Card Mailed November 23,2021
  5. Card received in mailbox November 29, 2021

Thanks this helps!! I'm renewal with AOR & DM Oct 15th, hopefully I'm 2 weeks out going by your timeline!

I got a confirmation that I need to pick my PR card in person at my local ircc office.. Any idea by when I recieve an email to collect the same.. As I m in India, I also need to apply for PRTD to collect my card. Any estimate time which normally need to have the PRTD confirmation??

The said yesterday on their twitter account that online services won't be available between 12:00am and 5:30am ET on Nov 30th. It's 4:15 pm ET and online services are still not available. This is IRCC's services' quality in a nutshell: thanks for your patience

Not any time soon. Probably towards the end of Q1 2022 at best.

May I ask, how did you get the confirmation that you need to pick up your card in person? Was it in your ECAS, GCKey or they sent you an email?

No idea about PRTD but I believe you have 180 days to pick up the card, either from date of appointment or date of notification. The info is online but I'm not sure where I saw it.

We arrived in Canada end of June 24 and PR card still hasn't arrived as of Dec 1. CORP has expired. We have tried calling but impossible to reach IRCC by phone. We sent a webform, no answer. Finally, about 2 weeks ago we sent a solemn declaration form.

ECAS shows no mention of the PR card having been issued, or processed. Neither does GCKey. It doesn't look like they've even processed anything after 6 months.

Has anyone else been in this boat and, what can we do?
