I thought it might be due to limited space. We do have time so I will check. There is also a typo on my address listed for Canada, but that one is my mistake on submission. the word east is missing the s so it shows as "eat" :D

Yes we are outside Canada. It was done at the local Embassy which is why it was faster. I'm not sure what a typical CORP looks like. It does state it is at the top of the page.

Since you've been through the process, and I just want to triple check, if you are a country that requires a visa to visit Canada you must submit your passport, but do you also need to submit photocopy of all pages?
