I didn't submit any PR Card application. Since it was my first card, immigration officer said that it will be mailed to my address.
Same thing here, but still, you should be able to check the application status online, right ?

Hi everyone, I reapplied today as urgent cos I havent received my AOR yet from when it arrived sept 3 in the IRCC Office. I see that the new urgent package was received earlier and I havent seen any notification yet that they received, nor sent me an AOR. My reason for urgency is my own illness with a doctor’s note attached so im hoping they’d consider as I need to fly end of Feb. Really gives me bad anxiety with their timeline, i know im not the only one going through this. Keeping my fingers crossed they accept it and that all our applications get processed faster

Please confirm Aug 20th is the date your application received by CIC by post OR the date they entered in system. Do you have any idea when did you mail your application by post?. My daughter PR card renewal sent to CIC by post and received by them on Oct 27th. Based on your timeline it took 75 days to receive AOR.
IRCC email says "Application received on 20-Aug".. I had sent application by Canada Post on 18th Aug and Received by 20-Aug...
Yes it is 75 days to receive AOR, that is current trend for regular applications.

Hi there my timeline is as follows.
  1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on June 10, 2021.
  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on October 08, 2021.
  3. We started processing your application on October 08, 2021.
was on decision made since then.
  4. Today i received update on my GCKey account that my application is approved and card has been mailed.
so definitely there is a long delay in applications. I was out of Canada almost more then half of the time but was accompanied by Canadian spouse.
I hope this will help others.
What is this GCKey account? Is it same account which we used to submit our express entry profile? I'm able to see PR card name update application on ECAS.

Myself and my partner sent ours in late may for renewal.

We've heard nothing yet, not an AOR, no email, no call. We don't know what to do :(

Hello

I would recommend calling up IRCC and asking if they have any information or reaching out to your local MP and asking them to intervene

Regards

Well, let's see how true this is:
  1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on August 13, 2021.
  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on November 8, 2021.
  3. We started processing your application on November 8, 2021.
  4. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on November 10, 2021.
Received the card by mail on Nov 18.

I expected it to be sent in late Dec though. My guess - they became faster or since I was approved for Canadian Citizenship this year, awaiting my ceremony and also attached my physical presence calculator summary, this could have speeded up the process.
