PR Card (New/Renewal) Processing Timeline 2021

Received the card by mail on Nov 18.

I expected it to be sent in late Dec though. My guess - they became faster or since I was approved for Canadian Citizenship this year, awaiting my ceremony and also attached my physical presence calculator summary, this could have speeded up the process.

The same case as mine only difference is am waiting for my "PR cards mailed" status to be updated which I hope will happen in 2 or three days as DM was on Nov 16th and based on our MP's interaction PR renewal is approved and sent to the production on Nov 16th

I would recommend calling up IRCC and asking if they have any information or reaching out to your local MP and asking them to intervene

When I call 1.613.944.4000, they say that they are not able to answer any questions about visas or immigration.

What is this GCKey account? Is it same account which we used to submit our express entry profile? I'm able to see PR card name update application on ECAS.

I applied may 12, and status is decision made since September 16.

Was it via email or in the CIC login? I have been waiting since May and not heard anything

Is anyone here who sent application in May received their PR renewal card? I am worried now if IRCC lost my application or card!

Call them and ask about the status. I had the same situation received in May and DM in Sep, found out there was a system error for card production in Oct!

Finally received my card yesterday, November 18. Good luck everyone!

I had ‘decision made’ since Oct 14. But when I checked with Gckey it said ‘processing’. It was very confusing. And finally nov 17, it changed to ‘complete’ and got the message about it got mailed out.
I haven’t received my card yet, but hopefully soon.

2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on October 14, 2021.
3. We started processing your application on October 14, 2021.
4. Your request for a permanent resident card was approved on October 14, 2021. Your Permanent resident card will be mailed to you or if quality assurance is required, made available for you to pick up at an IRCC office.
5. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on November 17, 2021.

Today status switched to Decision Made. I checked gckey still shows submitted. Also, they removed my middle name I think because I don't have it in my passport.
