Okay a little update, I received the biometrics validity letter yesterday and the tracker is showing the visa document number today, and the eligibility is completed but no passport request yet

They sure can. Specially in a case like yours. They helped me a few years back with a spousal sponsorship application.

I just checked, visa is not printed for her.. I think you need to send an urgent CSE

but the visa number might just be the application number, right ? so may be they just put it there once the file is created

never used this tracker before, is this new ? I only know about ecase old portal and new portal. i've applied using the new portal and can check the status there, does this give you extra information ?

what do u mean visa document no ? I just got a little update, not sure if it has any meaning: Biometrics - June 15, 2023: Completed. even though biometric was done on the 19th of march, and was stated in the portal that it was completed on 19th of march,/

I just sent an email to my local MP. My wife is currently pregnant and is due soon and needs her mother to be with her. It's absurd that they only approved the father even though they applied together!

nope, submitted father in law's passport.. still no news on mother in law's application

That's quite odd, so should i let my father in law submit his passport now or wait one more week or and submit them together ?

Hello guys, I applied for my in-laws in the new portal under one group(and one payment) back on march 1st. My father in law got a passport request on may 19th, and nothing yet for my mother in law (even though we submitted the same exact supporting documents). Should I be worried ?
