Does anyone know how long you have to enter canada after pr is approved? Specifically from Bosnia to Canada. Approx is it a month or a few?

Or there should be somewhere else on the documents they send back with the COPR/passport. I believe it's usually up to a year after the date of the medical
So if it's up to a year usually he can enter whenever within that year without losing his PR?

It's a year from the date of the medical. So not necessarily a year. Can be much shorter. You will need to see what he is given when he gets the COPR.

What if someone can t travel within this year, can he pass another medical exam and travel later on? With the same valid study permit?

You should check in the student section, if you're not referring to family sponsorship.

But in general: if you don't travel to Canada before expirty of the COPR, it's over - you have to apply anew. There were some temporary exceptions to this during covid but they seem to be over now.

This has nothing to do with family sponsorship or COPRs. You are posting in the wrong section.
