This is sad. I personally haven't heard of any PNP-O applicant receive PPR lately from NDVO. It is scary to even think how many applications would have been piled up. IMO, it is likely that your file is being processed in Ottawa (or some other VO like London VO) rather than NDVO. Your status change is kind of consistent with the status changes of most inland applicants. Sometimes, workload redistribution is not done and the file is processed to completion in Ottawa (happens only to few ouland applicants AFAIK).rockytg said:
