Well I filled in schedule 4A which was only required for business people and I declared a loan of 9000 cad, that is what I am scared of now but it's done so will jus have to wait and be patient

I have got Oinp nomination and submitted my application for pr on 14 feb.
My experience
Company 3- 5 years experience-3 in Canada.. 2 in india- provided all details including roles and responsibilites in ref letter
Company 2 - 6 months exp- missed roles and responsibilities provided rest of the details.
Company 1 - 9 months - provided all details.

As you see I missed roles and responsiblites in my 2ND company exp letter since they refused to give. With the same letter s only I got oinp nomination.
Please let me know it can cause rejection of application at cic stage. Please let me what can I do now.

I have received the infamous ghost e-mail last Wednesday. My background check is "in progress" again.
The odd thing is that in the application list on MyCIC it was said "your action is required" but no letter or link to upload anything. Anyone has observed the same?
Another thing: On the PPR how many photos they request to send with the passport?

You may look for Saskatchewan PNP International Skilled Worker – Occupations In-Demand Sub-Category. Very limited seats open every year in Jan and fill really fast in few hours. SINP nominates candidates who do not have EE profile at the time of PNP application. For more details, Visit http://www.saskatchewan.ca/residents/moving-to-saskatchewan/immigrating-to-saskatchewan/saskatchewan-immigrant-nominee-program/applicants-international-skilled-workers. Visit the official website and Canadavisa forums regularly to know if they are accepting new applications or not.

Retake IELTS for improving you EE score. Your spouse's IELTS and ECA can also give you few additional points.

I think there will be no problem for CIC as long as you dont claim points for those experience of the roles you had mentioned.

go to view submitted application and check there that under which column your action is required; I'm pretty sure you will find something there. Good Luck

Received bad news today. CIC cancelled my application . Score --935
AOR-20th feb 2016
Medical Passed -24th MARCH2016
BG in Progress-24th MARCH 2016
APPLICATION REJECTED -29TH MARCH 2016

The reason was absolutely new i haven't seen it discussed anywhere in this forum. Wanted to share so it could be help to others ....

"The Police certificates from India that you provided with your application are not acceptable as they do not cover the full period of time spent in India. You have indicated in your address/personal history that you resided in India from February 2005 to September 2015 and the Police Certificates that you have provided only cover the dates from January 2014 to September 2015"

CIC had asked to provide history of residence for last 10 years in the application , so i provided them with the 3 addresses , where i lived in india .
and i provided the PCC for the place i have been CURRENTLY residing for last 1.5 years . and the same address is on the passport also .
They did not even mention which docs they require nor gave me an opportunity by asking for additional docs also ..

Pl suggest if any one has clue about this ...........

I submitted my passport after PPR on 7th March 2016. Yesterday I noticed that my status online has changed to "This application has been approved" and background check has changed to "complete". Can anyone advise how long it would take from here to receive my passport back with COPR?

I just called the VFS center and they said it is back with them. I can come and collect it after 4 P.M today. AlhamduLillah (All praise is for Allah)
