they skipped entire October.

No. If you read the text on your certificate, the expiry date just means the date by when the PR application has to be lodged. So it's fine.

Hey bro I know this wait is very frustrating..I feel you are close enough to get the PPR.
Did you order your 2nd GCMS?

I am currently working in Canada,not with LMIA though.
I was offered ITA under Provincial Nominee Program.
Do I also have to show minimum 12,164$ in my account?
Its confusing some say yes and some no.

Could be a browser issue. Try switching over to a different one.
