PR application under EE PNP connect here

Hi guys, I received my GCMS notes today and I am confused. In the second page under ASSESSMENT, it says

Eligibility: Not started
Security: Not started
Criminality: In progress
Medical: Passed

It mentions due date as 2016/01/05.

In the last pages, under NOTES section, I have reviews for
AGENT REVIEW: R10 OK
PROGRAM ASSISTANT: All looks ok in this section

Then it says file transferred due to reason Workload re-distribution. According to the notes the last updated date is 2015/11/06

The assessment says most of my things have not started even though notes say it is fine. :-( I am so sad to see no progress on my file.

They also require me to provide a letter of employment (What do I provide here?) I have a employment confirmation letter from my current job, does that work?

They also require Offer of Employment (I am currently working in Alberta, my contract expires in June, and I was nominated by Ontario in January, I have no job offer from Ontario but I have a certificate of Nomination, Can that work?)

Lastly, Can I provide documents from two Banks as proof of funds?

You can upload this under additional document or letter of explanation option. Things like IELTS report card, or anything for which an specific option is not provided to upload that document, can be uploaded in the letter of explanation option.

You will have to provide a letter stating your job responsibilities, and other employment details. You must have submitted this letter along with your nomination application - you'll need a similar letter to upload here. If you're not sure about the reference letter, go to page 3 of this PDF and review item 10: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5610E.PDF

You can upload the employment confirmation letter along with reference letter - you can merge them as one pdf file.

My background check changed to "not needed at this time" from "in progress".. should I worried? thx..

Mine changed on December and until now it's not needed at this time. I've seen people who gets their PPR with their BG like this..

Hi, you can check this page on cic website, I am not able to post link here, it doesnt allow me to. Just search for GCMS in the CIC site.



You can order the notes online and choose to receive it either by mail or email. If you have applied for spouse then you need to upload the consent form mentioned while requesting for GCMS notes else spouse details will be hidden. I did not upload the consent form and I dont see my spouse's information in the notes :-(.

The fee for GCMS is $5. It takes 30 days to receive the notes.

Hello, yes it looks like it. I submitted the application along with my spouse, no children. I was planning to order another notes with the consent form signed by my spouse too.
These notes were generated as of 06 Jan 2016. The due date as per this was 05 Jan 2016 but I did not see any update around that date.

My AOR date is Oct 01, 2015. Medical passed after 2 weeks and BC went in progress on the same date of medical pass.
Do you think there is going to be another officer review after the program assistant one?
On the consent form, whose name should be in section A and B? its a bit confusing

Section A is Primary Applicants name. Section B is spouse name (if present in EE application). If you do not enter spouse's name and have him/her signed in Section B, then the GCMS notes will only have details pertaining to the Primary Applicant.

1. When CIC request for Passport once they approve PR application, how long do they normally give to send them the passport? One week? two weeks? one month? how long?

3. We applied for EE PR on November 4th 2015. Still waiting for their response. And our Passport will be expire on September 4th 2016. Very confused what should we do..Should we renew it? does it matter?

It says in our high commission website that they take 3-5 week to renew a passport.. I am very confused and worried..

Can anyone help me with that please?

Hello,

1- As far as I know, they give you 30 days.

2- If your passport has less than 6 months validity, they will not stamp your visa after PPR.... you will probably have to renew it ...
