This link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/pnp.asp
shows that IRCC still checks for federal eligibility (CEC, FSW, FST) all over again, and still communicates with the provincial government to confirm the nomination, which is authorized by the applicant submitting Schedule 4 if you read that form.

Not like the paper-based PNP PR application that seems to be quicker.

13 NOV 2015 A final decision has been reached - Not Started
Since then waiting for PPR!
