any help here? is nomination letter mandatory to upload in the system? I put my noc code in EE as 1311 while my nomination letter shows 1111, I am pretty sure I am in 1311 NOC code.~~~please help~

You don't have to upload it. They can see it in their system. Your NOC code should be the same. You cannot apply with two different noc codes.

like someone mentioned my before, to qualify with noc code 1111, it has to be chartered professional accountant designation or being an article student working in public accounting firm, neither of them is my situation. I am confused, coz I would better for 1311, thank you.

hey PNP guys - i have submitted my post ITA application (PNP -->CEC category) i put the fund = 0 in express entry (to make FSW = not met)and post ITA application ...should i put 0 in schedule 4 form also or should i put the whatever my average account balance is in my account ??

Do we need to print and sign and then scan the schedule 4 form or directly fill and upload ?? Pls help

Did you have to show funds to your nominated province? If you did, then you are screwed my friend.

Woow this is really fast. Congrats!

Does anyone know is this applicable for the new Express Entry Ontario Streams as well or just for regular PNPs? I'm asking because on the other threads there used to be a discussion about this and people claimed that the new Ontario EE Streams are just to assure the ITA because the additional points and are treated at the same pace as the regular ITA (6 months or longer) which basically prolongs the application for minimum 3 months (Ontario EE waiting time).

what if the applicant cant provide any PoF? i.e. no bank savings or bank savings way below the required amount? the applicant is working though. is there any other document that the applicant can provide? he has proof of income.

if he has showed fund for OINP (which is a requirement for OINP) then he has no other choice...
Because he already showed fund for OINP and promised them he has enough money in bank and now says nothing-- and it will be misrepresentation...

Then contact the province that has issued the nomination to correct your noc. After ita when you will upload your employment documents.cic will ask you to upload those for a specific noc. I am not sure if they ask for one on pnp certificate or one you mentioned in EE profile. Because for me both noc codes were same.

I talked to PNP advisor yesterday, and they agreed to change my NOC, then my noc are the same for both sides, thanks for you help~~lol~

Why do you think so ?? i am not in FSW category and for CEC the POF is exempted ...whatever i have i EE profile that's what i have filled in post ITA application ...

Just wondering, is the province that nominated you the one to determine your NOC? I thought the applicants are the ones who declare their NOC?
