Hi,

I sent an email to CIC-Delhi asking few questions about Interview letter on Sunday. I have not received any response from them.

Normally, How much time do they take to respond ?

As my interview date is approaching, I am not sure till which date I should wait.

@PMPR and Sentha... Thanks for posting your update here... Looks like the local Visa Office started working on your application.

@PMPR - The email received from the CIC has any indication of COPR ? What is the Email Id of the Sender ?

Hope soon I will get some reply from them... fingers crossed !!!

@somasun1984 : All the best. Hope you receive response soon.

I am not sure what do you mean by COPR ? I received an email from DELHICONVOCATION@international.gc.ca

Hello,
Did you email to cic in Canada?May be they can help you too.

Hi,

As I have not received reply from CIC Delhi, I tried to call their Emergency contact no (1-800-267-6788) but they informed me that they can't help me.

Kindly advise if there is any other contact number / email where i can reach CIC and expect quicker response.

May be call cic Canada and tell about your situation..

I tried following numbers. Am I supposed to try any other number?

1-888-242-2100
91 (11) 4178-2000
1-800-267-6788

As per the call center executives they don't have any information about CEC applicants and only option is sending email and wait. :(

It is been two months since my application got transfered to New Delhi Visa Office for further review and no update from them yet :'(. Sent an email to the Delhi CIC Office asking for update. Waiting for their response.

Anybody else in the same situation ?

I am in the same situation, which Email Id did you send an email to?

Guys, this being a holiday season, there may be a delay..hang in there.. you will hear from them soon. Good lucks and Happy New Year.

Surprisingly I am also in the same scenario - though waiting for an email that my application has been transferred.

My timelines are as below:

1. Application filed September 2013 from inside Canada.
2. AOR received November 2013. Got married in Feb 2014.
3. Medicals completed for self somewhere in April 2014.
4. Got my spouse's passport etc and included her in the file on August 2014.
5. Spouse received Medical request on September 2014.
6. She was pregnant hence completed her medicals only in December 2014.
7. Forwarded my new born kid's birth certificate and passport last week.

Waiting waiting and waiting...........no response yet!

In my last GCMS notes I saw the following: Transfer Eligibility. Now I can guess what that meant!!!! Means more delay in the future.
