PR application returned and re-sign/re-date

Hi I have this PR renewal application sent out back in April. It was dated same day mailed out- April 15 2018.
Now Aug. 7, 2018 all application returned due to photo specifaictons. In return letter says " APPLICATIONS DATED MORE THAN 90 DAYS BEFORE BEING RECEIVED BY IRCC WILL REQUIRE THAT YOU UPDATE YOUR ABSENCES,RESIGN and REDATE THE APPLICATION,OTHERWISE THE APPLICATION WILL BE RETURNED AS INCOMPLETE. "

Does that mean once I have right photos and sent back again, I have signed say current date Aug.15th, 2018. What happen to my last 5 years assessed? The original ones sent in April has Apr.15, 2013 to Apr.15,2018.
So for resigned date should I change last 5 years to Aug.15,2013 to Aug.15, 2018 history?

Yes. Treat it as if it was a brand new application, covering the updated period.

Has anyone resigned and redated due to photo specifications. My problem is if I redate and assess last 5 years as Aug.15,2013 to Aug.15, 2018, I don't meet 730 days. But for original submitted days Apr.15, 2013 to Apr.15,2018 I have 750 days.

Then you have a big problem. They will assess your application on the basis of the current dates. You should hold off resubmission until you are comfortably back in compliance with the Residency Obligations, or you may lose your PR status.

One other thing... If all of your residence days were at the beginning of the 5 year period, for each day gained today onwards, you may have a residence day drop off the beginning of the 1825 day period. Thus, putting your renewal at risk for much longer.

Is tax assessment ok? What more can count for these documents? I'm thinking prescription drug recepit for shoppers drug Mart also good ?

Hello, your application has been 2 years ago. Can I ask about your experience now? I sent an application in Mar 2020. It has been returned to me on Aug 17, 2020 as they said the signature is more than 90 days. If I sent back everything to them, do I need to pay again and take the photo again? Did you finally take the photo again? Please share your experience. Many thanks!!

My PR renewal application form was returned due to a missing signature in the photo, Can I take a new picture to replace the one they returned and send it back to IRCC?
2nd question Can I make a new application form to replace the one they returned due to their letter to update your absences, re-sign, and re-date the application?
