Hi sukhbirkaur,
I am also Aug applicant. I am wondering about your NOC code. Did you have to do IELTS? May I ask about your NOC code? I am in the same boat as you are. I appreciate your response.

Hello Guys,

I'm new here...just sharing my information below:

Application received by CIC : 25th Aug 2015 (Already paid application fees as well as landing fees)

I received AoR on: 19th Nov 2015

I got married on 4th Feb 2016, sent email to CIC on 5th March 2016 with Spouse

Hi I guess I am also on the same boat, I sent my file to NS Sydney on Aug 26th and I recently got married in May. I emailed CIC along with my wife's details, no sign of response from them so far. Please let me know here when you get any updates from CIC so that I can calculate my processing time as I have to apply for her work permit and visa to bring my wife to Canada.

I didn't receive Medical Request, but I already passed the medical exam on May 12.

Yes, I recieved RPRF on March 21st and I have paid and also sent RCMP report with RPRF receipt. I received an email from Cic acknowledging that the additional document have been recieved. Thank you for responding to my post milo2015. I just wanted to know when likely are we to expect medical request.

Antyaneto4ka, did you do upfront medical?

Did you send documents via post and how long did it take that they send you the confirmation email.

Hi sukhbirkaur,
My timeline is exactly same as yours. I got the same email on same date (May 16th ) plus the valid passport as the one i submitted as been expired. I have sent my new passport scan copy via Case Specific Enquiry. Is it the right way to sent the docs or should I mail them by courier. And I asked to the cic agent about posting the docs which I have already submitted she replied no need to send if you have already sent.

Thanks and God luck to All

go for upfront medicals ,i did the same and its passed. Then you'll just wait for PPR/DM

will save you atleast 4-6 weeks
I have yet to see any proof that upfront medicals saves any time with applications...

Not trying to prove you wrong milo, would just like to see some hard evidence so that I can maybe do this too.

According to CIC we should not submit any additional documentation not requested, or do I have this wrong?
