When was the last time CIC communicated with you? Did they ask for any additional documents?

Cic asked for rcmp certificate on Jan 26th 2016 which was submitted by last week of Feb 2016. Even medical was done by Jan 15th 2016 and was updated on ecas by Jan 30th 2016. After this no communication. I had applied for the file notes just last week which will take up to 30 days, as you might know.

Hello All PR applicants,

In document uploading section for PR application in CIC site I have below question,

1) Education - Do we need to upload WES ECA along with our certificates ? as we have already provided info of WES in EE application.
2) Digital photo - Will it be OK to upload scanned passport photo ?
3) Proof of Means of Financial Support - Is Bank statement will work or need to take Certificate from Bank ?

4) Legal Name Change Doc. - My wife surname changed after marriage. So will marriage certificate work or need to get any special document ?

Please provide guidance so I can send proper documents.

I am April 30 applicant, still waiting for PPR. Last communication was the requested for police clearance for FBI and submitted at the end of March. I guess if you don't have completed package it takes longer to get things wrapped up for you file.

I'm thoroughly fed up and just want this to end. This is the final part and they decide to string us along.

Anyone knows how long our medicals last. In about a week mines gonna be six months.

1 year is the medical expiry and will be your visa expiry to land.

You can think on applying gcms to see what is pending.
Did you link your paper application to your mycic account? Refer here on how to link - http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/pnp-pr-aprilmayjune-2015-applicants-t304017.0.html;msg5259369#msg5259369

Linking paper application will also tell some progress (mainly medical).

Anyone became PR on May and already get PR card?

Official average time itself is 2 months. So May guys wont get it now. Check in April thread - some might have received.

Here people are waiting for more than 2 months, yet not received.

Looks like a lot of people's PR card is getting delayed. Hope our's arrives soon. However, a friend of mine who landed on April 20, got his PR Card on the last week of June. Close to 8 weeks.

Well I haven't received my PR card yet. I called IRCC and they said that it was mailed out at the last week of June. Blame it on the dispute that is going on between Canada Post and the Union .. :o

Well I hope it arrives for all of us.

I hope all the May 2015 applicants, have received their PPRs by now. Best wishes to those, who are still waiting. I know how hard and painful it is. But once you get it, you will be soooooooo relived, that you'll forget all the pain.

Cheeers.

Requested notes on my application via privacy act. One note on 2016/05/12 said

RFV PNP from ONtario Province Selection cert issued in Mar2015 All requiements met RFV X 2

Any ideas about what this means? If RFV refers to ready for visa then why I still haven't received any RFV letter till today? :o
