As per my experience CSE (Case Specific Enquiry) is used to add birth cert. to your file.
I used same method

I have asked cic agent the same question before and they told me it doesn't matter whether I add the baby or not since the baby is already a canadian citizen.

SO THERE IS NO NEED WORRYING MYSELF... I SHOULD JUST LET IT BE RIGHT? SINCE I HAVE SENT THEM BABY'S CANADIAN BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND PASSPORT ALREADY

i just spoke to a cic rep (was on hold for 7min... good)... since the baby was born in canada all i need to do is

The add-on request including:
your name,
your client ID number/UCI,
your file number,
a letter of explanation,
a copy of the birth certificate, marriage certificate or proof of common-law relationship, and
if applicable, the proof of payment.

and send to

Centralized Intake Office – Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) – Non-Express Entry applications

Hello Guys,

I'm new here...just sharing my information below:

Application received by CIC : 25th Aug 2015 (Already paid application fees as well as landing fees)

I received AoR on: 19th Nov 2015

I got married on 4th Feb 2016, sent email to CIC on 5th March 2016 with Spouse details, but still waiting for email reply.

However, I called CIC and spoke to agent who requested to fill out forms and send to Sydney,CIC as my file is still in Sydney, NS.

I sent hard copies of forms and certificates for addition of spouse details to CIC and it was delivered on 20th April 2016.

No update after AoR...waiting for medical request as well as addition of spouse in my PR application.

Can anyone help me out, what will be the scenario in my case ?

Hi,
I had my draw in early Nov 15, post that i submitted my application by late Nov 15.. My application was showing as submitted/received till recent days. That means a minimum 5 month gap till the next update. Just today, i found my assessment pending. What does it mean?

Hi Guys,
After receiving my pnp i had applied for my pr. I have aor number and my medicals have been accepted. Right now i am on closed work permit and i am fed up of my job. Is it fine if i give up my job or do i have to continue working till i get my pr? i am an inland applicant

If you are on a closed work permit you have to stay with your employer. If you quit you will not get pr as your pnp will be void

anyone knows how long it take to move from Eligibility in progress to medical request please?

in my case "background check is not required at this time" when i see online status for my application(PNP-paper based-Inland)
is it gonna turn to "in progress" or something later on? My security and medicals are passed though.

i am aug 26 2015 applicant . PNP based. I received an email today to submit original police clearance and language test. i have already submitted these two in aug 2015. my celpip date is march 2015. what should i do now?

At this stage it seems like inland VO is way faster than some other VO's. My submission date is one month later than yours and nothing has changed on mycic or ecas status...

Come on Pretoria VO, show the world and me that you still have it in you

Contact them because you already got your nominee and your test result was valid at the date of your federal application. I don't know why they asked for result of language test again??
