My question is I am single and never married and do not have any dependent that I have to mention in my profile.
So in pnp checklist IMM 5690 these are document they are asking for-

*Additional dependant declaration IMM008DEP.
*Statutory declaration of common law union IMM5409
*declaration of non accompanying guardian for minors IMM5604.
So what do you guy think I should do, should I skip these form in my file as they are not associated to me as I am single and never been married or I should print these and write N/A and attach these form to my file. anyone had same experience can please help me.

any help given will be much appreciated. Thanks

Yes, you don't have to fill that forms because it's not applicable to you.

Hello janedel,

Thanks for your help. So what you did when you made your file, you did not even attach empty form to file Nd should i leave that tick mark option on checklist in front of those. and where should i mention them that its is N/A. Did you get your file number??

As per my knowledge all the mentioned forms must be printed and added ti the package. Even if those are not applicable you must print and write N/A to declare your status

My application was returned to me due to payment issue only and still waiting for AOR. I didn't put a check mark on those forms in the checklist just like what my other friends did who are now doing their medical. Maybe you can also ask other applicants just to be sure so you won't blame me just in case I was wrong. :D

As per my knowledge you do not need to include forms which are not applicable to you. You just have to include the check sheet and write N/A in the spaces of those specific forms that does not apply to you. This is what I did.

Applied for PNP Ontario application submitted 26th Oct 2015

hello all,

I have a question, i prepared my application to send to cic, but i am confused what they mean by 2 self address mailing labels . One in english and one in language of home country.
supporting documents required in this checklist, and
• include 2 self-addressed mailing labels:
• one in English or French and
• one in the official language of your country of residence.

Hello Joy 1983,

I have submitted my application on 19th September, 2015. Application received my MIKE on 22nd of September, 2015. I also paid PRF using my friends credit card on September 8th. The card statement on the next day showing 1400 CAD has been paid to CIC. Does it mean that CIC has debited 1400 CAD from my friends credit card. My friend is living in Canada and I am an outland applicant. How and when can I be sure that CIC has debited PRF from my friends credit card? Any comments will be highly appreciated.

Thanks and regards,

Eusufzai

i will say yes. that for PRF right? i also want to believe you used the say credit card to pay for your application?

Thank you ramyfathalla. I can sleep well now. God is Good all the time. :)

Congratulation so much! Janedal
As you know, my received date is same to you. So, I was anxious for your AOR delay. It's good news as like mine.

Let's go together toward the next step, Medical Request!! ;D

Thank You olaper. :) That's one of the reason why I don't get enough sleep thinking that some got their AOR already which almost has the same timeline as mine and me is still waiting. I can't afford to have a returned application again and wait for months to get the AOR. I really Thank God for answering my prayers.

I hope we don't have to wait for 5 months just like my friends who are April applicant before getting their MR. 2-3 months or less will be better. Christmas and New Year is coming more holidays for CIC. lol
