Credit card debited today.. application received 14th of august.. expecting AOR soonest.

I have submitted my application on 19th September, 2015. Application received my MIKE on 22nd of September, 2015. I also paid PRF using my friends credit card on September 8th. The card statement on the next day showing 1400 CAD has been paid to CIC. Does it mean that CIC has debited 1400 CAD from my friends credit card. My friend is living in Canada and I am an outland applicant. How and when can I be sure that CIC has debited PRF from my friends credit card? Any comments will be highly appreciated.

I have applied for my PNP based PR application (inland) on Aug-11-2015. The amount is debited from my credit card on Nov-17-2015. Still waiting for AOR

Don't worry too much Fliou because I didn't receive an AOR yet and I'm August 20, 2015 applicant. I used money order and I don't know if it is encashed already. God Bless to us.

My question is I am single and never married and do not have any dependent that I have to mention in my profile.
So in pnp checklist IMM 5690 these are document they are asking for-

*Additional dependant declaration IMM008DEP.
*Statutory declaration of common law union IMM5409
*declaration of non accompanying guardian for minors IMM5604.
So what do you guy think I should do, should I skip these form in my file as they are not associated to me as I am single and never been married or I should print these and write N/A and attach these form to my file. anyone had same experience can please help me.

Maybe you meant December 28, 2014? I have the same case as yours, my application was returned also last August due to payment issue and I just sent it back right away.
