Yes, I contacted them via the web form. After 4 days I got a standard answer saying that yes, a decision made was done on our application and that an officer would contact us to notify us. Already two weeks from that, and no news yet..
The local embassies are closed in most places. The PPR email comes from the local embassy not IRCC. That is an indication that all is well and you need to wait for "normalcy" to resume and you will get the email from the embassy.

I am inland applicant.
Oooh wow. I have no clue why that might be happening. I know from others experience, when China started opening up, some guys got their PPR emails. Before then, there was nothing. All in all, it will come through. We are going to have to wait longer than normal maybe,

It seems that only critical service are being done. For example, passport requests cannot be done so far, which explains why.

I got a response to my Webform: "The responsible office is currently verifying if your application meets the eligibility requirements under the immigration program for which you have applied, you may be contacted via your account if additional information is needed."

What does responsible office mean?

The Immigration officer. Has the processing timeline expired?

They have madr decision on my file as responded by them on webform response but no PPR.
You are on the clear. It will come. A negative decision in most cases, they will inform right away. The delay is a good sign. Covid has thrown everything into disarray.

An AOR of 31st Dec, you still have some time in the six month. You may have to wait until it expires. Mine expires today. I will ask via webform on Monday what is happening.

Ah sorry I realised answered the wrong question! Yeah I still got time to wait.

Someone knows for how long delay will ircc take to recontinue inland paper based applications?
