PPR Approvals from Dominican Republic

Looking through the threads and the tracker from all of 2019 I was not seeing any approvals with spouses located in DR. Just wanted to put this thread together to hear from those with any success stories with sponsoring your loved one from DR. Even if you're close to being approved, how long did the process take? Any advice?

My application was received in Dec and I just want some realistic time-lines from folks in DR.
