Anyone have been asked to submit additional documents such as explanation letter?
How long it will take for them to start to process it?
For me, applied 5/23
Request letter 10/16
Submitted letter 10/16
Ghost update 10/19
Nothing change after that....

What is this explanation letter about?

Note: Make sure you have clicked on submit button after uploading the document. I seen many cases where peeps have uploaded the doc but forgot to press submit and IRCC officer never received the letter.

Yeah, to explain why I have mailing and residential addresses different.
I did click submit and also called them to make sure they can see my document on their end!
Also on the additional document column, it showed that the documents have been uploaded.

Applied May 28th at 1 pm, still waiting. No eligibility review yet, and it says they're still processing my background check and will contact if they need more information.
