Yeah, they asked for additional document and I uploaded on the same day. I have called and submitted web form to confirm if they received it or not. They said they have received it. However, my eligibility hasn't start review yet. no update and it has been 5.5months now...

Well, here’s weekend again!! Hope we all get some good news next coming week especially for May applicants... applied 23th May, waiting.... Called and submitted webform, no change, just “wait”.

May23th. Got a notice asking for an additional doc on the 17th and uploaded it on the same date. only ghost updates since then.

I’m in the same situation, and I called them today. The person just told me to wait.

I’m still waiting. May23th. Have contacted them, they said every case is individual, as long as it doesn’t take longer than estimated processing time on website, it is normal. Nothing we can do but just wait.

Well, you can wait for another few days and leave the phone line for people who in need. Or you can call and ask if there's any update on their end or any information they can provide you since it has been a while. It's all up to you!

Did you try to call them to check your application status?

Congratulations! I also did upfront exam as well, want to know if the medical exam section on your account showing “no medical exam required” before u got approval? I applied 23 May, and haven’t seen any change on that section. Thanks!

I applied 23May and still waiting. All we can do is waiting. Hope the best result and quick result for us...

Yeah, to explain why I have mailing and residential addresses different. I did click submit and also called them to make sure they can see my document on their end! Also on the additional document column, it showed that the documents have been uploaded.

Anyone have been asked to submit additional documents such as explanation letter? How long it will take for them to start to process it? For me, applied 5/23 Request letter 10/16 Submitted letter 10/16 Ghost update 10/19 Nothing change after that....
