You can start working once you receive the completion letter from the department/university/last day of class or when you received the final grades of last semester provided that you have applied for the pgwp after the 1st clause. Degree mostly issued on date of later dates.

I applied on May-4 inland and still I am waiting for my pgwp permit. There is no review eligibility started yet. Please let me know what to do? Is there anyone who is also waiting and applied in early May or late April? Kindly help!
