Hi @BillHyatt, below is my application timeline and if you could please suggest if I am at the IP1 or IP2 stage.

February 16, 2018: Medical Passed (BG Check: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check).

February 22, 2018: BG Check (Not Applicable)

February 28, 2018: BG Check (We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information)

Thanks in advance.
IP2

Thanks heaps @sundar17feb99 for your quick reply. Is it not too early for IP2. Hard to believe to get to IP2 in just 20 days. Whats your thoughts on it?
I believe you are a FSW applicant, if you are, though it's delightful, it's not a surprise :) there were applicants who received PPR in a week.
Am a PNP ouland applicant, where 4-5 months of processing time is a norm but my application moved to IP2 in a month which is too much sweet to take:) :)

It is said that in some cases IP2 and NA2 were bouncing back and forth and there were also cases where they had waited for more than a month from IP2 to PPR. Hence am keeping my excitement level in check :p:p:p

Wishing us best :)

Brother, we are in the same boat. I am a PNP outland applicant and was expecting the same 4 - 5 months time to get it processed. Keeping fingers crossed :)

if my Job Letter is not sufficient enough, how long will it take till I find out if I have been rejected? 2-3 weeks or months?
Please brief your issue, the above info is not sufficient to answer your query.

Hi everyone, I made an error in my eAPR.

My spouse's Masters was evaluated as follows:
Canadian Equivalency: Two years of post-secondary study at a non-recognized institution Remarks: The credential is not comparable to a completed Canadian education credential.

However in the EE, ITA and eAPR application it is selected as follows:
Two year program at a university, college, trade or technical school or other institute

My CRS is 470 and if this error is rectified it will be 469. I received an ITA on 7th Feb and the cut off was 442. I am currently in IP1 stage (Meds passed, No additional docs required)

Do you think my application will get rejected? Also is it necessary that i raise a IRCC web form? Appreciate your response.

This is IP2 but that doesn't mean your eligibility or other checks are done. Background Check can start anytime and doesn't necessarily means your file is in Final Stage.

IP2 is a final stage for only those whose eligibility test and admissibility test (Medicals and Criminality Part) are already conducted and a final review is needed.

hi,guys.
I submitted my Application on 26th FEB. However, there may be some problems in it.
First, in terms of education,I provided the ECA report along with transcripts( English version) and degree credential (not in English version). Does it meet the requirement?
Second, I provide all pages of my passport, not only pages with stamps or marks. Also, this copy version is not the newest one since I visited Thailand in last October but I made this copy before the visiting. Therefore, stamps related to this visiting are missing in the copy.
Will it lead to a rejection? If it does, what should I do to amend these issues?
Thanks in advance!

Your ECA along with transcripts are more than enough.
If you travel after submission/AOR you have nothing to worry :)

Hi Bill,

I am an FSW-O applicant at IP2 stage. I am leaving my job in a few weeks and intend to return to my home country a few weeks after that.

1. Does this need to be informed to CIC?

2. If yes, then when would be the right time to inform - A) after leaving the job or B) when i change my country of residence a few weeks after leaving the job?

Thank you.

If the duties in my Job Experience Letter are not sufficient enough for the NOC I am claiming, when will I hear about the rejection? Weeks or months?
It's not necessary NOC should match 100% to your Jobs and duties, it can be around 60-70%.
No one can predict about the rejection times. Hope you won't get rejected for this case. My wishes. :)
